You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You confirm you own uploaded content or have permission to use and share it. Do not upload professors’ slides, textbooks or official exam papers to the course library. These may only be used in private groups for personal study where permitted by law and your university’s rules. You retain ownership and grant us permission to store, process and display your content to provide the service. Do not upload illegal content or other people’s personal data without a valid basis.

Everything you upload, write or generate inside a group is visible to all members of that group. Group admins can remove files in their group. Your Solo vault is private.

Guides, answers, comparisons, podcasts and exam simulations are AI-generated and may be incomplete or wrong. Verify important facts against your course material. We do not guarantee exam outcomes or the accuracy of predictions: Exam Radar shows trends, not guarantees.

Guides are written from every page of the selected files (pages without readable text, such as scans, are read by AI) and re-checked for missing points up to three times; any points still not covered are listed at the end of the guide. If a Free selection is larger than the Free limit, you are told before generating which part will be covered. Free is free and lets you try Sinapsy: 6 Master Guides per month, at most 2 in any 7 days (each from up to ~60k characters of source, Standard AI), 6 @Sinapsy questions per day, 2 comparisons per day, a Course Library preview and the top 3 Exam radar topics; podcasts, the official course guide and deep analysis are not included. Pro costs €10 per month, VAT included. Plans have the limits shown in the app: Pro includes 30 guide units per month (a guide on up to ~150k characters of source = 1 unit, larger = 3; every ~10 minutes of podcast audio = 2 units, however it is split; a podcast always covers the whole guide) and 30 @Sinapsy questions per day. Pro Gruppo (€30/month or €269/year, VAT included) covers up to 5 members of one study group, and everyone gets full Pro: each covered member has the same personal limits as Pro (30 guide units per month and 30 @Sinapsy questions per day each). A group safety cap also limits the group's total Claude usage per month; when it is reached, all members continue with Standard AI until the monthly reset. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

[DRAFT — to be reviewed by a lawyer] Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance through our payment provider (Stripe); we never see your card details. You can cancel at any time from your Profile ("Manage subscription"); you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Prices include VAT. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract; by starting to use Pro straight away you ask us to begin the service during that period, and [placeholder: how the withdrawal right / refund applies to the days already used]. Pro received as a gift or with a promo code is free, ends on the date shown in the app and is not refundable.

Sharing is optional. Full library content is available to eligible Pro / Pro Gruppo users, contributors viewing their own items and users with contribution-based access; others see a preview. Copies stay after you leave a group, and you can remove your items anytime. Share only content you own or have permission to share. Never share professors’ slides, textbooks or official exam papers. Report suspected infringements using the report button or pietrocala06@gmail.com (notice and takedown). We may remove content on notice and block repeat infringers.

Only questions — no comments about people. Do not add insults or personal judgements about professors or other people; we block such submissions and remove violations.

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may close accounts that break these terms.

The service is provided "as is". Where allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect damages or decisions based on AI output. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, and does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Italian law applies and the courts of Milan have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights, including consumers’ right to use the courts of their place of residence.
